Why TDI Advanced Trimix Diver course?
The TDI Advanced Trimix Course provides the training required to
competently and safely utilise breathing gases containing helium for
dives that require staged decompression, utilising Nitrox and/or oxygen
mixtures during decompression to a maximum depth of 100m. The objective
of this course is to train divers in the benefits, hazards and proper
procedures of utilising custom O2/He/N2 mixtures as breathing gases.
What do I need to start?
Minimum age: 18 years
Extended Range Diver or Entry Level Trimix Diver or equivalent
Show proof a minimum of 100 logged dives with 25 deeper than 30 meters
Prior logged experience w/ double cylinders and any other unfamiliar equipment
How long will it take?
Four days with four dives (minimum accumulated bottom time of 100 minutes). At least two dives should be deeper than 55m. |
